I'm looking for free software that will guide my exercise on a day-by-day basis. I have available an elliptical machine, an antigravitational machine, a vibration machine, a musculation machine, and a bicycle.

In the current form it is hard to answer this question as you don't tell how you define best. What are you expecting from such a software, what are your personal fitness goals. Have you tried any software, what didn't it offer? – Informaficker Mar 10 at 12:28
1) A vibration machine will do absolutely nothing to improve your fitness. 2) What is a "musculation machine"? – Doc Faustus Mar 12 at 16:34

I know, it's not completely free - but i can truly recommend the "You Are Your Own Gym" app for iOS and Android devices. It provides you with several different 10 week programs and tells you each day exactly what to do, how often and for how long. And you don't need any machines at all. – Michael Härtl Mar 13 at 18:16

I agree with Informaficker. It seems like you do not have a specific fitness goal based upon your question. With this being said, there are tons of free fitness tips, exercises, workouts and even programs on the internet.

However, you might want to set some goals prior to sign up (most for free) or try any of the fitness guidelines out there. This is because fitness tips and guidelines should be specific to your goals, whether you want to gain weight, increase strength, lose weight, get in shape or just to exercise to improve your health overall.

You can read this blog from LiveStrong to find out more information regarding free fitness software or free fitness programs on the internet. Good luck!

Thanks a lot for your answers and typos corrections, I'm looking for some program that organize me the week sessions I should follow in order to keep or improve my health, I would like to plan 1 day of elliptical, another day of pilates, another day musculation machine,... no other goals are expected. – user5382 Mar 10 at 19:44
So basically, youre looking for software that would replace a personal trainer, who puts up a plan in front of you every workout day? While having such programs is possible, the advice or plans they make or you will almost certainly be very broad and generic, or badly tailored to your particular needs. Because of that, youll be pretty much better of simply choosing a program from the internet and following it – K.L. Mar 11 at 12:52
