You question made me a bit intrested so I did some fast research on the subject and one example of what I found was that caffeine and low fat (produced products) seem to have a negative impact on people with anxiety problems.
A good first step might be to look into these two factors and for example skip the morning coffe for another beverage and to shop for a bit more natural products. If you live in a region where dairy products are something you eat every day you can quite easy start exchanging low fat products against more natural ones.
I think that this can be very individual so the best way to could be for you to start with two small steps and see how that would change your situation and if the outcome is in fact positive, you have a path to follow.

I know of some supplements that are supposed to help with that (e.g. NOW Mood Support), but really, I think this is more of a psychological thing than it is nutritional. If anything you might want to eliminate things like caffeine or other stimulants that could make this worse, but I think the answer is still just in the mindset.
Yoga and breathing exercises will help a whole lot more than you might think.
