I have had a recent problem with my right elbow "clicking" when I do things like bicep curls or push ups. Has anyone else experienced this? I am trying to figure out if it is something with my form or if I have an injury.

The click doesn't hurt - it just is more obnoxious.

I recently asked a very similar question to a professional ballet dancer. She told me not to worry if it doesn't hurt. As a proof, she started to do movements with her body and there was a lot of cracking and popping, with her wrists, elbows, shoulders and even feet... Another relevant information I read somewhere, recently, is that if you build skeletal muscle strength too fast, your tendon and joints have no chance to adapt and that might cause problems, specially if you are over 40. Slow, linear weight progress is a very good idea for any joint problem. –  Mephisto Aug 12 '13 at 12:18
