I have been doing nothing for the last 3/4 days. Whenever I do this, my body becomes leaner. I know from past experience it won't continue more than a week. Also, my weight and fat percentage on my scale are both increasing (not sure how accurate the machine is though).
But from outside I look thinner. And my muscles do feel more full like there is stamina, or storage of energy.
This is so confusing...
Shouldn't fat percentage decrease if I am gaining weight but my body is getting thinner? Could it be that I am getting fat on my organs but not on outside? I remember something about thin people being fat, but their fat is inside rather than outside. I don't know if that is even true.
