When we exercise we burn calories. My question is that, exercising with empty stomach is beneficial or it has no effect?
Some people say that you burn more calories with empty stomach. Does calories directly come from stomach? Does our stomach provides instantaneous calories?
This is my first question in this section of stackoverflow so please bear my question style.
Thanks for your help.

This q/a about aerobic vs anaerobic exercise will give you an introduction to energy use in the body. The energy does not come directly from calories in the stomach. It is produced by one of two processes to generate a molecule called ATP which is stored for use by the body. –  BackInShapeBuddy Jul 10 '14 at 19:26
