I've been having a blocked nose in one nostril for a very, very long time. Whenever I go running, I notice that the blocked nose clears; but each time I end my exercise, it returns.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? And if so, could you suggest any methods to permanently end this blocked nose?

Sorry, I can't really comment on that, but did you see a doctor about that? –  LarissaGodzilla Jul 29 at 8:50

Like @LarissaGodzilla mentioned, you should see a doctor. If it's always blocked, my guess would be structural blockage; deviated septum and/or turbinate hypertrophy are both fairly common. –  coburne Jul 29 at 21:25
