I want to improve my current training program in improving the left-hand side of my body.

I currently assist only by the right hand but going to practice more with left-hand and then probably later assisting with it too.

My current intuition is to do power training with more weights on the left side of the body.

However, many fitness tools and methods to practice are with equal weights to the both hands like

  • Iron Arms
  • Push-ups

so I think more weights should be added to the left hand side when doing push-ups, for instance. But how can you do it?

There are many other ways and probably better ways to improve the left-hand-side of your body.

What is a good training program to improve your left-hand-side of the body in the long-term?
