Currently, I don't take any multi-vitamins. I have taken a GNC brand before, but stopped (no apparent reason, I just got lazy). I was told I should just look for ones that say High Potency and price does not matter.

Are there any ones you find at your local stores that are good? By good, I mean overall, it doesn't have to target a specific thing.

What? This is not the site you're looking for. – The Chaz 2.0 Mar 8 '12 at 18:05
Hi @Xiasoft, is there a reason why you want to take a multi-vitamin? Also note that nutrition unrelated to exercise is off-topic according to the faq. If there is a relation to exercise, feel free to edit your question otherwise I will have to close it as off-topic. – Matt Chan Mar 9 '12 at 0:45
Well, I thought the reason I don't exercise is because I am not getting enough vitamins, but I was unsure which vitamin to take that would get me in the mood to start exercising. – Xaisoft Mar 9 '12 at 14:07
That's a very misguided idea. You said you "just got lazy" so I wouldn't expect a multi-vitamin to do any "magic" to suddenly make you exercise. – Matt Chan Mar 9 '12 at 17:43
