Well hello there! I hope I understood the question right: you want to INCREASE the eye power, not decrease it? :) If so, I recommend eye baths, done in this way: First boil enough water to fill a sink to the extent that you can immerse your face in it without the sink overflowing, and then let the water sit overnight in a container. Next morning, pour the water into the sink. Immerse your face in the water and open your eyes, then roll your eyes clockwise and counter-clockwise; repeat this procedure seven times. Should your eyes burn initally, it is only temporary, they will become accustomed to this exercise. You can also add a weak infusion of eyebright herb to the water. The botanical name is Euphrasia Officinalis. These eye baths make the eyes more resistant, especially in regards to changes in the weather; they remove weaknesses of the eyes, strengthen the eyesight and make the eyes clear and bright. There is another exercise you might be interested in:
Note A: If you massage in the other direction, you will weaken the eye muscles and cause wrinkles. While massaging, use only natural creme. Note B: In the cause of glaukom or cataract do the 7 exercises even 20 minutes per day if necessary. When the eyes are tired, these exercises refresh the entire body in only a few minutes. Note C: If some places are painful, don't press hard, because even the slight pressure is adequate for the desired effect and returning the normal eyesight. Note D: First two places (A and B) can serve diagnostic purposes. Even the slightest pain, if pressed hard, is a sign of a disturbance in the eyes and the body. If B is bloated or dark, you suffer from water retention and need a lot of rest.
You can also do the following exercises to strengthen your eyes and eye muscles. 1. Keep your head straight and look at the ceiling, then at the floor. Repeat several times. Eyes should move slowly and carefully.
If you do these exercises regularly for some time, you might not need glasses anymore.
Eyes are connected to the liver. Weakness in the eyes means weakness of the liver, and vice-versa. |
