In my country Solgar is the most promoted manufacturer of vitamins. Their vitamins are also very expensive, and their promotions are very qualitative. I found it very difficult to find an e-commerce retailer on the Internet with international shipping of Solgar products. However, I have found other brands that are much cheaper and just as good as Solgar.

I am hesitant to buy vitamins online because I found cheaper brands that are not as popular. I couldn't find any comparisons of quality among the various brands. I am someone who has to take supplements for prolonged period of time, and I am worried about quality.

Are there many differences in the quality of vitamins from various manufacturers? Do I pay double price for quality or for brand? I don't know what is the manufacturing and development of vitamins. Does it make sense to buy much more expensive brand?
