Is it safe to take a fiber cap with each meal? I don't want to mess up anything, but I want to get more fiber. This is cheap, and is meant to help my diet. So is it safe?

More fiber than what? What are you eating now? Why do you think you need more fiber? Your question as it stands is vague and hard to answer. – JohnP Jul 11 '12 at 4:26
What are food prices like where you are that supplements are cheaper than actual food? – Robin Ashe Jul 11 '12 at 5:42
Hi KnotHeather; we expect nutrition questions to relate directly to exercise and performance. Please see the FAQ for official guidelines. – Greg Jul 11 '12 at 7:16
i'm sorry, i could have added more if you had let me. it is related to exercise and performance. you people just love to close things. its making this site crap. :/ thanks for nothing. – KnotHeather Jul 11 '12 at 16:55
@JohnP more that the 15g i can get into my diet right now. i thought adding 1 (0.52g) fiber pill to each meal would help me out. i'm starting a new diet and i don't want to take diet pills. but i was told doing that long term would be very bad. i don't see how. – KnotHeather Jul 11 '12 at 17:00
