Hi Chad, what are you specifically trying to figure out about Carb Nite? At the moment the question is liable to be closed, since it doesn't relate to fitness and is more about eliciting discussion than a specific query. – Dave Liepmann Jul 23 '12 at 15:19
I am attempting to ascertain whether it's worth someone's time. Does it work? Does anyone have any experience with it? Should I change the question to - Does the Carb Nite Solution work? – Chad Lazette Jul 23 '12 at 15:21

Then you probably need to edit your question to align it with fitness goals that you have. As it stands, the question doesn't fit the requirements for the site: fitness.stackexchange.com/faq – JohnP Jul 23 '12 at 15:58
I'm closing this for now as off-topic. If it fits the scope we have defined here (outlined in the faq) after being edited, then reopening will not be a problem. – Matt Chan Jul 23 '12 at 17:41

This is either a purchase recommendation, or asking other people their experiences. It would be better to just say what your goals are and then ask us how to achieve them. That's the type of question this site is best suited for. – user3085 Jul 23 '12 at 19:20
