My feet are measured as

right foot:
length: 25.5 cm, i.e. 10.03"
ball: 26cm, i.e. 10.24"
instep: 27cm, i.e. 10.63"

left foot:
length: 26cm
ball: 25cm
instep: 26cm

For meaning of length, ball, and instep, see

When I buy shoes in U.S., those shoes that are right for my feet length are usually not high enough for my instep, and those that are right for my instep are usually too long. For your reference, here is a shoe size table from Walmart

Shoes - Men's Sizes
Shoe Size Length Ball Instep
6.5 9.5 8-7/8 9-1/8
7 9.75 9 9-5/16
7.5 9-7/8 9-1/8 9-7/16
8 10 9.25 9-3/8
8.5 10.25 9-3/8 9.75
9 10-3/8 9.5 9-7/8
9.5 10.5 9-5/8 10
10 10-5/8 9.75 10
10.5 10-7/8 9-7/8 10.25
11 11 10 10-3/8
12 11-3/8 10.25 10.5
13 11-5/8 10.5 10-5/8

Size 10 is right for my feet length, and size 13 is right for my instep.

I wonder whether my feet have kind of abnormal size?

When I was in elementary and middle school. I ran often, 800~1500 meters almost every day. In college, I often ran 3000 meters. Can that be the reason of my feet size?

Does having bigger instep/ball tend to mean being better for some exercises, such as running/jumping/walking, swimming? Note that my feet also look kind of flat at bottom.

Thanks!

Your question is off topic for the site, however it's most likely that your feet are normal. Most people have differences between their feet. – JohnP Aug 18 '12 at 22:06
I am not asking about the differences between my left and right feet, but whether the length, ball and instep of each of them are proportional? – Tim Aug 18 '12 at 22:13
@Tim I closed the question because there's no real answer to this question. You are free to edit it however and if its on-topic afterwards, the question could be reopened. – Ivo Flipse Aug 20 '12 at 4:20
