I was talking to my friend about this pills and he recommended to take 100mg DHEA pills, 2 per day before working out. He claims they will give me lots of extra energy and that I will see results way faster.

I was wondering if anyone knows whether this dosage is correct and if the pills are bad for your body.

Thanks.

DHEA is a banned substance in most sports, so that muddles things as far as figuring out whether it's safe or not. The anti-drug side might overstate the risks, while the pro-drug side might understate the risks. I wouldn't take any such drug unless the doctor recommended it.
