So I usually take a Luna Bar as part of a snack for lunch and I usually take a meal supplement shake an hour before I work out. I was wondering if its ok to be eating a nutritional bar and taking a meal replacement shake later all in one day?

As far as nutritionally, there's no problem with it. It's not very balanced, but it's fine to mix it, unless you have dietary needs/conditions that cause problems with it. – JohnP Aug 23 '12 at 21:20

Welcome to fitness.SE! Please edit the question to define "ok" in the context of a specific fitness goal. For example, "is it healthy?" would not be in scope for this site, but "will it derail my training in X by doing Y?" would work just fine. – Greg Aug 24 '12 at 17:11
