I have used this piece of equipment before but I do not know what it is called. I am having a hard time visualizing it right now, but I am potentially interested in buying one. I will try to describe it below, hopefully someone can point out what it is.
It has two parallel bars which allow me to slide my feet in. (my heels rest on the back bar, and my toes are pressed up against the front) These bars are connected, and then there is an additional bar which is attached to this structure and extends straight out. This bar accepts weight plates.
Use case: I sat so that only my ankles were hanging off a therapy table and then moved my feet up and down. By pointing my toes down, the mechanism forced my scar tissue infested ankle to stretch (plantar flexion).
If anyone can point out what this is and give an image, I'd be most appreciative.
