Currently working as a senior developer for a health and beauty website. Often slaving over a hot database, throwing XML around and wishing we used Git for version control. Is running while overweight bad for your knees? Ironically, the only out-for-months injury I've had in the last few years was a torn calf muscle from overenthusiastic (and apparently not well-executed) hill-climbing on the bike. Having said that, I greatly recommend it too. |
