comment Chest tightness and can't breath well
What we think the issue might be will not help you, because we have no way of knowing over the internet. Only your doctor can tell you what the issue is and what to do about it. Hopefully you can find an easy going doctor who will make you feel at ease so that you can discover what is going on. Best of luck.

You may also want to see a physical therapist to get a good evaluation to find out why you are having pain and get specific exercises to address possible muscle imbalances. .

You may want to include in your question what exercises you are doing for the lower abs and a link to a picture of the type of leg raises you are doing as they may not be a good exercise choice. There are exercises for your abs here that should not bother your back and here.

Yes see your doctor. Whether it is a pulled muscle, a nerve irritation or something else, intense pain such as you describe is worthy of a visit to your doctor.

comment When pain appears at the bottom position but partial ROM is painless, should the exercise be avoided altogether?
As you say, long term contraindications include bench pressing, so I would think "bench-press-alike exercise," would fall under that restriction. SLAP info is available on the web, but your operation report will give you the specifics of your repair. You could schedule periodic sessions with your post surgical physical therapist for a review of your proposed exercises to avoid doing an exercise that may make you worse instead of better.

I agree with @Dave. Didn't you have a SLAP repair?

comment Why can't I lose weight?
You give calories and grams of protein counts, but take a look at the sugar/carbs in your clif bar and trail mix. Your protein bar very likely has sugar as well (depending on the brand). For me, sugar intake has the biggest effect on my weight. If I keep to around 72 gms/day per Wolfgang Puck's recommendation in Life Without Bread my weight normalizes.

comment Tips to improve frailty and an easily injured body?
Have you consulted with your doctor to rule out any medical problems? Spraining an ankle doing ankle rotations or with an exercise strap doing hamstring stretches sounds excessive. A physical therapist or physiotherapist might help to evaluate your weaknesses and give you a basic stabilization program.

Carbs can help with protein synthesis for muscle hypertrophy and strength: "A combination of a fast-acting carbohydrate source such as maltodextrin or glucose should be consumed with the protein source, as leucine cannot modulate protein synthesis as effectively without the presence of insulin [27,28] and studies using protein sources with a carbohydrate source tended to increase LBM more than did a protein source alone " (LBM - lean body mass).
