Squats and deadlifts after knee surgery Thanks a lot for the nice and well-thought out answer! I have backed off the "big goals" and am sticking to just staying in shape right now which I think will probably work better in the long term. |

Why do distance running training programs tell you to do long runs so slowly? Well, it really depends on what your goals are. If you are training to run as fast as you can, you'll definitely want twice a day (almost all elite runners do this). If you're training to keep in shape, then daily or every other day is perfectly fine and probably advisable. |

I want to run but have a bad knee. How should I deal with it? PLEASE don't keep running. I beg you. As a collegiate D1 athlete, I ran through my injury 8 months ago and I'm barely able to walk after 7 months of "recovery". My orthopedic surgeon is saying it could be permanent (osteochondral fracture), but there is a slim chance of improvement if I eventually get surgery. |

Is kale's Vitamin K content a source of MK4? Yeah, I realized that after I posted it. Now we're in a meta meta discussion. |

Is kale's Vitamin K content a source of MK4? I'm not really interested in meta discussions. However, I think you should either allow nutrition questions UNTIL you remove "nutrition" from the title of the site, or go ahead and remove that part of the title quickly. I'm sure I'm not the only one bothered by the rude comments left on these (i.e. "Care to explain.. ?") |

Is kale's Vitamin K content a source of MK4? I don't know why you closed my question because of YOUR stupidity to not change the title of the site. |

Is kale's Vitamin K content a source of MK4? I thought the body converted K1 into the MK4 form of K2? Is this not correct? |

Is kale's Vitamin K content a source of MK4? It doesn't. It relates to the "Nutrition" part of the "Fitness & Nutrition" in big letters at the top of the page. |
