I am a software developer who is also interested in business. I thoroughly enjoy the "people" aspect of software (interfacing with customers, users, etc) and I love working hard to solve a difficult problem. I have experience in Java, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, and a little bit of C++ and a smattering of other languages. I have a great deal of experience with HCI and designing user interfaces.

Tracking What We Eat? Yeah, I should have added that I did Google it, but I didn't want to have to sign up for every single one to find what I wanted, so, that's why I wanted to get some recommendations. I appreciate your response. Thank you! |

Why does running make you have to poop? This is a really crappy question... :-p |

What to replace large quantities of meat with in my diet? Good advice, although I would caution you on the protein bars and protein shakes. They typically contain a lot of additional sugar and/or fat. Not necessarily a bad thing, but if you find yourself drinking/eating a lot of them, it won't be as healthy as it seems. I would recommend the nuts, fruits, and veggie snacks first. |

Is there any benefit of “real” running outdoors vs running on a treadmill in gym? +1 for "less likely to quit" - I one day ran 5 miles (which I can do fairly easily). I was not paying too much attention, just enjoying the beautiful day. Then I realized I had to run back. I took the next day off from running... |
