comment suggest some diet for me as I want to gain muscles and at same time want to reduce belly fat
@WhyandHow - Dietary fat does not affect body fat any more than protein and carbs do. As long as you're not overeating (ie - eating more calories than you consume), fat will not make you gain weight (or make it any harder to lose weight) than either of the other macronutrients.

To add to the list of "stuff you can incorporate into your life" - park farther back in the parking lot when you go places. If it's within a couple of miles (or, to start, a mile), don't drive at all, and walk instead.

+1 The vast majority of weight loss is diet. @briddums, you're probably consuming a day's worth of calories in a single fast food meal and not even realizing it. Also, to add, keep a food log. Sites like Livestrong and MyFitnessPal have huge food databases and can chart your progress and whether you're meeting your intake goals.

One thing to note is that beef has significantly more iron than tilapia. This is significant if you're prone to iron deficiency (while you can obtain iron from plant sources, the human body absorbs iron about 4x better out of meat than from plants, so it can cause issues for some people). Additionally, you have to make sure to watch the type and source of fish you eat, as most large wild saltwater fish are high in mercury.

Actually, I know a lot of people who think exactly that, unfortunately, as well as others who don't believe it's challenging enough. It is getting better, though, for sure.
