Is it preferrable to run on toes? @IvoFlipse Then there are some communication gaps. I said in my question this: I heard that skipping rope gives better results if done on toes (calf exercises)!
Is the same true with running too? Isn't that clear enough? In the previous comment I even linked the thread in which I had read that, what else you want me to write I no clue. |

Is it preferrable to run on toes? @IvoFlipse Wasn't my question clear enough? the question is: As it is advised to "jump" on toes while skipping rope, similarly is it also advised to "run" on toes? |

Benefits of jogging/running versus rope skipping Thanks again. I not from some western country, but it seems you are. Is there some famous "trainer" there, whose videos can be looked up in youtube? |

Benefits of jogging/running versus rope skipping Alright, I will. :D Actually I am worried about injuries. Doc here says that running and rope skipping can cause knee injuries. I am 28 years old slim girl. |

Benefits of jogging/running versus rope skipping @BackInShapeBuddy That is helpful. :) How about putting that as a detailed answer with a textual link rather than a video? I may select that answer then (if someone else doesn't write a better one). :) |

Benefits of jogging/running versus rope skipping I don't run vigorously, I just jog mildly, I counted my steps they are 300. And it is going to be outdoors (jogging and skipping both). |
