comment Is it normal to crave for lemons after running
I think its off-topic for this site, but lemons are delicious! When I remember to buy them, I can eat 1-2 a day.

comment How to strengthen *very gently* your grip in order to safely perform chin-ups? Are wrist wraps good?
There's a bunch of good wrist mobility exercises described in this pdf, try doing them once a day or even more often (the PDF also has bodyline exericses which you could try, but then moves on to gymnastic skill work which you might not be interested in). There's also a related question here on the site. BTW, my father is approaching 60 and he can manage about 7 chins, having started from zero 2 years ago - just stck to it!

To switch it up a bit: what program would you recommend in lieu of Starting Strength?

comment How many Burpees do I have to do per day to lose a lot of fat fast?
It might also be a good idea to track progress, so something like: 6/6/6/6/5/5/3/4 = 41. Helps with the motivation to see that you've actually improved in time (since the effort should always be perceived as maximal).

comment Why Rippetoe's Texas or Mehdi's StrongLifts instead of Reg Park original workouts?
Isn't one of the SS variants with alternating pull-ups/chin-ups? Maybe from Practical Programming or such?
