comment Running or climbing stairs that are enclosed, any risks?
just wanted to share, another risk related to what you mentioned, in our building, there are monthly scheduled pest control spraying, I make sure to always know the specific dates and avoid that date and the day after (residues?).

Hmm you brought out more interesting points/risks that's alot scarier than I thought... Specifically asbestos, which is something I'm not sure how to find out. All I know is the building was built around 2005 or so. I'm really paranoid about chemicals and stuff, I might consider looking for a better alternative than running in our condominium...

Thanks Lauren for the edit, :) Comparing your edit with my old writeup, I found mine funny and odd, you made it more readable :)

comment Is it possible to prevent forehead muscles from contracting during very stressful times in the office?
Thanks for the comment. How do you drain congestion from the head? Does it require Tai Chi? It would be helpful if its some physical exercise that does not require special arts or technique. Not sure if its a myth, but how about doing headstand?

comment Does the Bulgarian split squat target the glutes better than normal squats?
Thanks for the list of exercise on the glutes. On the smith machine, I only use it for Bulgarian split squats so that I can put heavier weights because using dumbbells with heavy weights will fatigue my arms first before my legs. But that's the only time I use it as I agree that smith machines has drawbacks.

I was afraid to hear this, but I do agree. I was clinging on some hope that maybe some type of combat skilss (whatever it is) can be self-taught.... Oh well, will raise some funds for future enrollment

comment Will we hurt our body if we eat lunch/dinner after a workout?
I think drinking is fine, in fact you can drink (not too much of course) during your workout to prevent dehydration.

comment Optimal exercises for an abdominal workout
speaking of flag, I forgot to mention something similar to that, its called the dragonfly, from bruce lee, but this link here is from rocky 4. I don't do it too much as I'm not strong enough for that one: [link] youtube.com/watch?v=ihky09eKsEI&feature=related

I'm a guy but I don't like callus and blisters. Hence the gloves.

Brilliant!!! That slipped my mind, as I am using baking soda as deodorant! I'm a big believer of baking soda. Good idea and thanks! I'm sure it will work!

comment Best timing and amount of protein intake for building mass
Yes, which is what I meant that the fixed amount to intake at a given time is variable for each person. For Ronnie that might be ~90g per intake (546/6, if we say he takes protein 6 times a day). What I mean is, large intakes in one go might waste some of the protein, as there might be a limit per intake.

I've been doing it for quite a while now, probably around 6 months already. Im not sure how to measure any progress though (like you said Ivo). Anyone have any ideas?
