You could create a simple push/pull routine mixing push-ups and pull-ups. This will take care of the chest/back/shoulders/triceps. If you want to workout the biceps as well, then you'll want to add some free weights into the routine.

@Sancho after a certain point you aren't able to simply increase the weight you lift, as your body has hit a plateau. Supersetting is one of the many methods available to people who aren't able to (or don't want to) increase the weight they are lifting.

@BerinLoritsch Agreed. For me, it all came down to personal preference. I found myself cheating much more in post-exhaustion sets, so I decided to go with pre-.

I would suggest, in addition to setting goals for weight loss, also setting goals for reducing your percentage of body fat. You may think you've stalled at 200 pounds when really you've just been adding muscle while dropping fat.
