If I wear my Fitbit One on a treadmill or elliptical, should I log the activity as well? @IvoFlipse There is an altimeter in the FitBit One that equates one flight of stairs to an elevation increase of about 10 feet. I think that's the only thing it's used for, though. |

If I wear my Fitbit One on a treadmill or elliptical, should I log the activity as well? @IvoFlipse I mentioned in my title that I have a FitBit One. Based on Kate's answer, it appears that the One and the Ultra behave the same, so I'm not entirely sure the model is relevant to how the website deals with data being entered through it (or an app) and from a device sync. |

If I wear my Fitbit One on a treadmill or elliptical, should I log the activity as well? Do you think that a treadmill would be tracked properly? Or if you use a treadmill, do you use recording mode? It seems pretty close to running. |

Are there any Android apps similar to RunKeeper, but for things other than running or cardio workouts? I'll poke around these when I get home. I've heard of Fitocracy as well, but can't find an invite code. |

Are there any Android apps similar to RunKeeper, but for things other than running or cardio workouts? @Ivo No, but I don't see how that matters for things that aren't cardio. That's what I'm already doing for RunKeeper - after a treadmill/elliptical run, I enter the time, distance, and other data provided by the machine. Now, I'm looking to have an app where I enter wight + sets/reps + exercise type to track progress, such as lifting more weight, or tracking variations in sets/reps performed. |

What kind of exercises can I do at home with no equipment? I would prefer a routine to something like FitDeck. I like consistency and repeatability in my exercises. I'd like a simple routine that I can do in my apartment with no equipment that focuses on non-cardio activities. Tabata looks like it involves a lot of cardio or needs equipment like a bag. I want more than just pushups and situps that can complement my 3-4 days/week running. |

What kind of exercises can I do at home with no equipment? @Ivo I'm looking for not cardio exercises (as well). That is a good starting point, though. |
