A Little About Me
In my spare time you usually can find me developing new applications or out on one of Minnesota's 10,000 lakes. My favorite technologies to work with at the moment are .NET's WPF and ASP.NET MVC, php, css/html, and JavaScript.

what is the best thing to eat right before a workout? I usually take some before workouts where my knees are involved, I have had two knee scopes and it seems to keep them from getting too sore. Also, there is no serous pain from my lifting, as there shouldn't be. |

Where can I find stretching exercise information where it tells you how far you need to go? Just a note on stretching, it is now suggested to do Dynamic stretching pre-workout and static stretching post workout. There is a news article that is a quick read on the reasoning behind the pre-workout stretching here. It also has some stretching examples, and touches on your how far to stretch question. |

Ice in protein shake It most likely a myth. Plus your body burns calories just to keep your body temperature at 98.6. If it sounds silly it most likely is, like the myth where cold water boils quicker than hot water. You probably will burn an extra Calorie or two. |
