Which diet helps you best during marathon preparations? Chuck's comment is spot on. Additional things to ask - where do you currently have problems? IE - do you fatigue early, do you cramp often, how is your hydration, is your weight what you would consider ideal for your running... |

What are the precautions to be kept in mind while jogging/running daily? Maybe STRETCH should have been replaced with WARM-UP, but again, I've never seen anyone get injured by stretching correctly. Yes, over-stretching can cause injury, but so can over-running, over-eating, over-hydrating and over-exerting. And you can get hurt by not stretching if you also fail to warm up and redline it out of the gate. Stretching is a way to warm up. There are countless ways to warm up. For the novice runner I consider safe stretching techniques an easy and simple way to stay healthy. |

Training Methods for Climbing a Suspended Rope This may sound juvenile and trivial but I used to climb small, straight trees with no branches. They are essentially a 'firm rope-in-place' that you could climb. I did this all through high school. After college I started climbing ropes and found it quite easy and was able to do so better than all of my pears. I attributed it to climbing the trees back ni the day. |

8 Minute running with 5 minute rests okay? What are your 'goals' here? If it is too simply stay active then this is fine. If you are working towards a performance goal you'll want to minimize the recovery at some point. |

How to avoid stomach cramps after running? How long AFTER you run do the cramps start? Is it immediately or some short period thereafter? If it is not immediately, what are you eating/drinking afterwards? |
