comment Am I in a so-called “good running form”?
I think these are two different questions. The first "am I in good running form" is subjective and probably not the type of question we should ask here. The second is a very valid question and can be answered with more details. How long did you train to get to this point? Can you describe, briefly, how your training evolved to get to this point?

comment Why is my swimming fitness so much worse than my cycling and running fitness?
What have you been doing to better your swimming fitness? I found the conventional methods I applied to running did not apply with swimming - IE: I would do 400m intervals on the track that might follow a pattern of 65 seconds of running with 90 seconds of rest/light jogging. 90 seconds between swimming intervals is an eternity.

comment Stamina for running long
I'm not sure there will be a better answer. There is no 'quick and easy' method to this, you just have to put the miles in. However, once you have gotten to the point where you can run for 2-3 hours and desire to run longer but find yourself zapped for energy you should look into fueling. But, you're a little ways away from that at this point :)

comment Which diet helps you best during marathon preparations?
Chuck's comment is spot on. Additional things to ask - where do you currently have problems? IE - do you fatigue early, do you cramp often, how is your hydration, is your weight what you would consider ideal for your running...

comment What are the precautions to be kept in mind while jogging/running daily?
Maybe STRETCH should have been replaced with WARM-UP, but again, I've never seen anyone get injured by stretching correctly. Yes, over-stretching can cause injury, but so can over-running, over-eating, over-hydrating and over-exerting. And you can get hurt by not stretching if you also fail to warm up and redline it out of the gate. Stretching is a way to warm up. There are countless ways to warm up. For the novice runner I consider safe stretching techniques an easy and simple way to stay healthy.

comment Training Methods for Climbing a Suspended Rope
This may sound juvenile and trivial but I used to climb small, straight trees with no branches. They are essentially a 'firm rope-in-place' that you could climb. I did this all through high school. After college I started climbing ropes and found it quite easy and was able to do so better than all of my pears. I attributed it to climbing the trees back ni the day.
