comment Difference on reps?
Won't doing sets very slowly work a bit like a heavier load?

comment What is the difference betweeen 9 and 10 reps? (If you can do 10)
According to "Body by Science" fast fibers won't be used before slow fibers are exhausted, so going closer to failure can be quite different (They recommend going to failure, but only doing one set)

According to bodybuilding.com/fun/damage-control.html this should be high rep training.

If I still have a lot of nucli, it should mean I don't need to train to get more of them (And it might be more difficult than for a young person anyway). I am not sure of the implications, but I think it should be less like body building (Less breaking down the body with negative reps for example)

Not at all, it is quite strange to read it that way, I am asking if I should train different (or if different training can be effective). Also the answer on the other question is in fact contained in my question (Nucli retained)

It is not "theoretical". I have a lot of imbalances (like very stiff one one side of the body) - but I don't know if and how I have strength imbalances

Reg "superset" - what would be interesting is if you could have matching goals on the 2 sides - like if you can do 8 pullups you should be able to do 17 pushups. IS this possible?

" whether you are looking for a program to correct an imbalance or prevent one?" - - - - - I want that what I do contribute to a more balanced body, like I think the Convict Conditioning Program I am following.

IT seems for me Mark Lauren is focusing on strength training?
