Those movements of Upper Back 1 and 2 are just outstanding. The first you can do anywhere where you have a chair like in a library. I can feel it easily in increasing the blood circulation there and making the area warm. Those other movements I have done regularly, but not those targeted for upper back. What is the maximal length of doing these movements? I think I read somewhere that 30 seconds when you are blocking blood circulation in an area. I am not sure how it is in these upper back movements.
