comment What should be the correct time to wear a belt (if any)?
The last sentence in your question is actually an important point: the purpose of a belt isn't to support your back per se. It's to give your abs something to push against (which yes has the side-effect of stabilizing your back).

comment How do I start a diet?
I actually agree that hormones are very relevant. However that's where my support for this answer ends... "detoxification" is bunk, and AFAIK spirulina is fairly irrelevant to hormonal tweaking. I would need a lot of citations (i.e. actual scientific studies) to get on board with this.

Changed to wikipedia link not "confessions of a cosmetologist" which may be the author's own blog under a different name

comment Healthy way of losing leg muscle
What a shame to intentionally throw away muscular development! Just shop a little harder - look online if necessary. There are clothes tailored for just about every body shape (and alteration is really not too expensive if it comes to that)

comment Weight lifting gloves with straps between fingers
It will continue to be uncomfortable until you do it for a little while and get used to it (just like almost everything you do in the gym). You'll develop a better grip without the gloves.

comment Build muscle in Arms
Being obese doesn't prevent your body from building muscle per se (assuming that you can perform activities that will stress those muscles), but fat may cover up the muscle that is built so it's not visible.

Combine those workouts, and you could do 6 Minute Abs! If you don't get a good workout, the 7th minute is free. :-)

comment When do you recommend using a belt for deadlifts?
Since posting this, I have found that occasional belt use can help with heavier loads - gives your abs something to push off of. However, I still do much without the belt.
