How important is it that a person be able to touch their toes? Remember that you can bend different parts of your body as you reach for your toes - hips, lower back, upper back, shoulders. I think hip bends are the healthiest, which requires long hamstrings. So just "can you touch your toes" leaves a lot of questions unanswered. |

How can I stretch hamstrings in isolation? This would be a great answer with a short video. |

My hip goes out of place within a matter of days after the Chiroproactor pops it back into place, is there any way I can pop it back myself? Ask your chiropractor about exercises to strengthen the appropriate muscles to address this issue. |

Which activities increase flexibility? +1 for don't get stepped on. I have munchkins running around, and every time I lie down they jump on me! |

Which activities increase flexibility? @Sparafusile: I'm just a regular guy who can't touch his toes. :-) My flexibility is generally bad all over. |

How much water is too much? Drink when you're thirsty. (You have to play attention to how you're feeling for that to work.) |

How can I stretch hamstrings in isolation? It seems like the amount of stretching force I can bring to bear on the hamstrings is limited by the strength of my lower back. Is that correct? |

What is the least damaging way to eat unhealthy food? 85% chocolate isn't that unhealthy in my book. It has a lot of complex substances that may meet needs you aren't aware of, beyond just "protein/vitamins/minerals/etc." Not a lot of room for sugar in there. You may be doing just fine. You lost 20kg, after all. |

How can I maintain my energy levels? This is the "food coma" that comes after a large, high-carb meal. |
