How can I measure my fitness at home without any instruments? @Moses I've removed the extra questions to keep it inline with the title, but the question still needs some work as it is still rather broad. |

Pain in forearm while doing bicep curls If you have more questions about this site, how your question fits, and the scope and faq of the site, you and everyone else here should bring this discussion to the Physical Fitness Meta. I'm locking this question until this question's content can be resolved on the Meta rather than there. |

Pain in forearm while doing bicep curls @Greg The question still has not changed with your edits. The answers you would get would be no different than your first revision. My suggestion for making this more on-topic for this site would be to ask how to prevent pain in the forearm while training your bicep, focusing on the aspects of weight and proper form that might contribute to that pain. This avoids everyone from entering unending speculation of what you could have possibly done without knowing more about your own personal history and potentially offering bad advice. |

What is the exercise called that works your and inner thighs while on your back? These type of questions aren't particularly good for Stack Exchange. |

How is water absorbed and expelled? Unless this question is related to fitness as outlined in our faq, I'm closing this question as off-topic. It sounds like a general biological question. Is there a physical fitness context to it? |
