comment Should I aim to do an equal number of reps across my sets?
I can add that info if it's necessary, but I'm hoping someone can write an answer that encompasses both, so the question becomes more useful for others. Also, in my particular case, I'm doing PLP 60, so X changes on a daily basis.

comment Alternative to dips when no suitable “equpiment” available to do dips?
That's a good question. I haven't really contemplated exactly which exercise hits what in the training program. Based on the other exercises using the arms, pull- chin- and push-ups, what should I want to hit with the dips?

comment What equipment is available to a layman for measuring blood values?
Wow, that's a good answer! Obviously not what I had hoped for, but still. I guess I'll need to keep waiting for tricorders to show up instead. ;)

I don't need them for anything in particular. One might wonder "How long can I run, before by levels of blood coagulants rise?", but I imagine people could come up with all kinds of useful applications for improving and better understanding their own exercises. Given the apparent lack of options, I'm not picky about the exact type of data that can be extracted.

comment Drinking cold vs hot water
With water generally being very important for both fitness and wellbeing, and drinking cold water being suggested as a fitness regime, I agree that it is on topic.

comment 30 grams of Protein within 30 minutes of waking up
The specific suggestion by Tim Ferris' is "within 30 minutes". Apparently it's supposed to increase fatloss, if I recall correctly due to increased metabolism.
