What equipment is available to a layman for measuring blood values? I don't need them for anything in particular. One might wonder "How long can I run, before by levels of blood coagulants rise?", but I imagine people could come up with all kinds of useful applications for improving and better understanding their own exercises. Given the apparent lack of options, I'm not picky about the exact type of data that can be extracted. |

30 grams of Protein within 30 minutes of waking up The specific suggestion by Tim Ferris' is "within 30 minutes". Apparently it's supposed to increase fatloss, if I recall correctly due to increased metabolism. |
