comment How can I make exercise more interesting?
I think it all boils down to how interested and motivated you really are in attaining your goal. Nobody can force you to do anything which bores you to death...

comment biceps gaining slower than the rest
I have the same problem... my chest and triceps grow really easier than my biceps. Sometimes I dedicate a day for biceps alone for the hope of adding mass to it, but didn't make a difference... :(

comment Does p90x ab-ripper work?
I don't know exactly how they call all the routines. But it comprises of lower and upper ab exercises of 25 reps each and only a couple of seconds rests in between. when you make a search at youtube, you'll see how it's done...

comment How much protein should I eat on off-days?
interesting... I wanna know the truth too... :( some people say the best time to eat more protein is on off-days 'cause it's when your muscles grow.
