Lost weight and getting fit - where to go from here? @littlecharva I would recommend Ross Training - rosstraining.com/blog and BodyBuilding.com....for general motivation. Find a sport and search the web for what gets you interested. |

Lost weight and getting fit - where to go from here? @morganpdx - great! I've been in karate for 25+ years - cardio/weights help with the conditioning...good luck |

I missed a Starting Strength workout and squats are getting intense - should I change my schedule? it could be between sets or between workouts, both have to do with recovery |

I missed a Starting Strength workout and squats are getting intense - should I change my schedule? There's different ways to increase intensity, reduction of rest periods, increased weight, increased sets/reps....each person is an individual and needs to 'listen' to their body and adjust the workout plan as needed. |

What is the best way to cool down after a workout? I guess that's a good point, if you 'cool down' to fast, there might be some negative side affects |

What is the best way to cool down after a workout? I currently spend 5-10 minutes at the end 'cooling down' - mostly stretching...it's after that where my temp is still high that I'm asking about |
