Inflated abs when my abs are relaxed? No, my other parts of body are Ok. I just have inflated stomach, I suppose air due to the fact that sometimes I need to throw that air away :D and it's embarassed when I'm not alone. |

Inflated abs when my abs are relaxed? No, just a cup of milk in the as soon waked up. Skimmed milk with integral cereal and without sugar. I've thinked that cereal inflate, so I've reduced it. If this doesn't work i'll try to reduce beer. |
