Should my wrists have the pressure on them when I benchpress? I'm not really sure what you mean when you say that this sounds dangerous, especially since I found nobody saying that the wrists should be bent back while doing my research on this issue. Additionally, when you say that the bar should not be too close to the knuckles, if by that you mean that the bar should rest on the bottom part of the palm then I fully agree, and I realize now that I should have mentioned that in my answer. |

Why is the weight not dropping off? Do you feel a difference in how your cloths fit? The reason I ask is because the scale tells you a very complex story, where as the cloths fitting better means one thing; it means that you're getting slimmer. |

How can I reduce risk of injury to my recovering fractured wrist during sports? Sounds like a question suited more for a doctor, or maybe even a judgment call on your part based on how you feel. |

Pain in left palm while doing push-ups have you tried doing push ups on a soft surface like carpet or a yoga mat? I don't know if it would make a difference which is why I'm not answering it just commenting, but if you haven't it might be worth a shot. |

Are sit-ups harmful to female anatomy? The sit up does not only work on your abs it also works on the hip flexors where as the crunches work the abs only.livestrong.com/article/441343-situps-vs-crunches Now this article does not state that crunches are more effective it only describes the differences. There is an article that I once read that says crunches are also more effective, but I cant find that one at this time. From my own experience tho I can say for sure that at least for me sit ups never burned quite like the crunches. |

Are sit-ups harmful to female anatomy? Although this wont answer your question, but I feel I sugest you try crunches as opposed to sit ups as you will a stronger burn with far less effort on your abs. There was a point in time when I first started working out I was only able to do about 50 sit ups, and then a few days later tried crunches instead and I could not get passed 20. |

Is its safe to stop between intervals on the treadmill? What would be an indicator that I can use myself to judge weather its ok for me to come to a full stop after a sprint? As of now I gauge by the fact that when I come to a full stop I don't get dizzy which I think I would if i was not fit enough to come to a full stop. I am not sure tho if that's a correct way to gauge? |
