After scraping through an engineering degree I spent a lot of my time working for accountants.
I'm currently working for a Helicopter Charter Company where mobile web solutions are really useful.
Most of my current expertise is with Delphi 7 / MySQL / Java / Tomcat with bits of PHP and all kinds of odds and sods.

How much exercise should a pregnant woman do? I think this also depends on your personal fitness and the kind of stuff you do. I had a friend who did a lot of yoga who continued to practice until right before the birth. (She would stand on her head at eight months pregnant which she found very comfortable). But if you've never done yoga, you may find it a bit of a strain. |

Protein: Mixing with hot liquids I suspect that it may be a question of temperature. A lot of organic compounds start to break down above about 60 celcius. So if you have very hot black coffee you may have different results to cooler white coffee. |

How does one reduce heart rate through physical fitness? Here is a BBC article about Bradley Wiggins, Tour de France Winner and Olympic Gold Medalist bbc.co.uk/news/health-18959642 "supplying blood to the muscles during exercise was like trying to fill a bath with containers of water. Most people are trying to fill that bath up with a container the size of a thimble, whereas for highly trained athletes like Wiggins, who have bigger hearts, it is like using a bucket." |
