comment What is the best time of the day for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)?
Guess you'll have to do more research but I don't think you're in any real danger as long as you warm up and such. On another note, few (if any) sports that involve high intensity intervals (in their training or for competition) have competitions in the early morning. 9am would be the earliest, and thus the athlete would be awake by 7am, to be able to eat prior to competition.

comment How to lose weight when morbidly obese
holding heartrate within a band doesn't necessarily increase total fat burn, it just has a higher percentage ratio of fat burning. However, it has been explained that you'd do better to not hold your heart rate in place as at a higher heart-rate you will burn more fat period even if the percentage of fat burning is lower livestrong.com/article/89822-fat-burning-zone-vs.-cardio

comment How do I use bumper plates?
They let you do Olympic lifts at your gym? Did they charge you for the damage? Hehe. Definitely bumper weights all the way, but like Sancho said you should be able to reset to your thighs first (and properly) otherwise you're using more weight than you should and need to beef up strength in another area.

comment Is its safe to stop between intervals on the treadmill?
Safety of falling off aside, this sounds like a typical sprinters workout. When you run 200m repeats, they take abotu 30 seconds, and you get 30-45 seconds rest. Additionally, when you finish each 200 meters your goal is to stop as soon as possible (without jamming the breaks on to your knees). Given the fact that in your case the ground is moving, not you, coming to a full stop is rather equivalent, and it's not a big deal.

comment I am 22 years old & 5feet 2inches tall. I wanna become taller. what do I do?
The Growth Hormone stuff you see is not for growth in height, but for other types of growth like muscle. HGH is not something purported to change your height.

comment Should I stretch after exercise?
So it seems sports specific. For someone who did track & filed like myself, that would fall into the "muscle-tendon unit compliant enough to store and release high amounts of elastic energy," "capacity of the tendon to absorb energy." So if you want to do say Long Jump, Triple Jump, etc, then you need to build compliant muscles by stretching. Nice read.

comment What interesting simulations/games exist with open APIs for integrating with exercise equipment?
Part-2 sounds like a biz-opp. Have you looked into flash-gaming websites? (like www.kongregate.com) They have a variety of games of different complexity, that maybe be applicable.

comment What plyometric exercises can a person on crutches do?
Doesn't seem like you can do much for your calves, but maybe hamstring curls, and abduction/adduction exercises for inner thigh. Not keen on quad extensions - they supposedly aren't good for the knee. Run it by your doc, or a trainer. If your want to know about rehab there are a lot of specialized athletic &or physical trainers that could help or point you in the right direction. Look up some in your area, like those certified in active-release-technique.

comment Flat abdomen without losing fat from face
Maybe you just look more tired or you're dehydrated. If you're BMI is where you say I doubt your face has a lot of excess fat, unless you have a big underhang below your chin. What areas of your face seem to be getting "skinnier"?

comment Why did I not gain weight when having 4000 calories a day?
Wow! You're quite insanely lucky genetically speaking. It that really what you ate for 1 day? Lol. I'm almost 6-2, and have over time limited my calorie intake, but I have quite a few pounds to get rid of. You're at my target weight man. *** By the way. Just in case you do start gaining weight, be smart and catch it in the bud. Don't go over 25 BMI. For me that's 195lbs, so likely for you it's near 190. Basically, you're 15lbs away from being overweight, so keep an eye on that. Also, you should consider working out, with you're metabolic rate you'd likely build a lot of lean muscle mass.

@Grzenio. You know what. For some reason halfway I started thinking about lats when doing this post. Horrible. I think it's because you mentioned Rowgin, and that Arm exercise. I found you a good place to get targeted exercises though: bodybuilding.com/fun/traps.htm
