Does afternoon napping help? Also some interesting research that melatonin is in fact one of the body's stronger and extremely beneficial antioxidants. Sleep and rest is therefore always good. However if you start to get tired and sleepy all the time then something else is going on of course. |

Why do I get nauseous after working out, but ONLY in the afternoon or early evening? @Moses - Heh :) Well not on a regular basis no, but for a one day test to perhaps see if it's correlated with some GI-issue it should be no problem whatsoever. No need to go all "superman" (or woman) that day though. |

Why do I get nauseous after working out, but ONLY in the afternoon or early evening? Yep..or cortisol and/or maybe thyroid related (levels fluctuating according to time of day). What if you just exercise and don't eat at all that day, any help? |

Why did I not gain weight when having 4000 calories a day? @Sancho Well yes, you're right. I was just trying to make the point that normally people expect exercise (muscles..yes they are cells) to burn your calories. But you can burn the calories without exercise also due to the generation of heat, which does not necessarily involve muscles. "By themselves" meaning without you consciously exercising your cells. |
