comment Exercises for a programmer sitting by the PC all day
@Dave Liepmann Deadlifts are a pulling exercise. The say squats work everything below the bar - including the back. The only thing not getting hit hard with those two exercises are tris and chest which is why the press is included.

comment How long should a person stick to the same weightlifting routine?
I think you misunderstand me. My definition of "routine" is the combination of exercises, weight, reps, number of sets, and order. Change any one of those things and it's a different routine. If you change the weight on a exercise, the number of reps, or the number of sets, that is, in effect, a new routine. So is doing different exercises than the day before. My point is, you have to change something to continue to improve.

comment At what temperature is Creatine destroyed when cooking meat?
Allow me to propose a parallel question to illustrate my point: Does sea water have enough water content to keep your hydrated? The answer is yes, but the question is fundamentally flawed since, if you drink sea water, you will go insane. Yes, you could get enough creatine from meat (even cooked meat), but you can't ignore the side-effects of eating such a large amount of meat to make a difference.
