Knee injury, feels like there is a knot inside I would go to a doctor as soon as possible. The sooner you go the higher the chances that something can be done. |

Where does protein come from if muscles are built and repaired at night? That's an interesting study. So if that pans out I might eat some protein before going to bed too :) But it has to be said: It's a study with 16 people which is preliminary at best. Especially since the increased muscle growth only was on the fringes of statistical significance. So that study doesn't tell you much except that further studies might be a good idea. |

Where does protein come from if muscles are built and repaired at night? That's why I wrote normal :). An athlete concerned with peak performance hopefully has better resources and or knowledge than some forum on the internet can provide. A specialized MD for example. |

Is my current lifestyle of biking, eating well, and spend lots of time at a computer.a healthy one? Since CRT Screens basically aren't used anymore and LCD-Screens are based on completely different technology I wouldn't worry too much about that. Not that I would have worried otherwise. And if people start telling you that LCD screens have the same effect you can ask yourself: Why should they? |
