comment Toe muscle creaking when moving it
The BIG toe! Oh Noe! Sounds like you need to get an MRI scan, CAT scan and worst comes to worst a prostrate exam to see if it's alright. :-) But in all seriousness sounds like you stretched it out a tard bit... rest, some ice and some quality WOW gaming should do the trick

comment What exercise would get heart pumping fast very quickly?
ANY high intensity work on ANY movement will get your heart pumping fast. Whether it be a treadmill, bike, swimming, running, lifting, squatting quickly at your desk chair, throws elbows in the bedroom or punching your Project Manager in the face repeatedly will reap a fast pumping heart. Hope you get my drift here...

comment What can I do to gain weight?
@DaveLiepmann BMI is a bunch of BS I believe. The morphology of each individual is so varying and different you can't compare yourself to a scaled chart. Bottom line is regular activity and a balanced diet develops the healthy individual. Going into science for sedentary computer junkies is a waste of time IMO. First go out and lift, run, swim, jump, eat clean then worry about figures like BMI...

comment Why are my traps not growing?
@DustinDavis for example in a set of 6x4, base your set weights on your 4 rep max for that day. the last set should be at your 4 rep max

they aint growin cuz u aint lifting heavy enough! hit it hard with clean shrugs, snatches, cleans, squats, etc, full body movements that will get you bigger and stronger overall.

comment Getting stronger without gaining muscle
Getting stronger without gaining muscle is purely based on working the neural adaptation process (90+% training, low reps, high rest). To maintain strength/power in the weight room lift 1 x a week at 90%+ on a major full body lift like a power clean or back squat.

comment If you consume a lot of protein but don't exercise does it go to waste?
Short answer...yes; the excess protein that the body can't digest will turn into fat.

comment What's the ideal way to maintain my deadlift with minimal recovery demands?
I can't quote specifically where I found this, but this is a the best structure I learned and have made the most gains from. This does have some relation to a bit to the conjugate method where every 3 weeks it would be advisable to change up the exercises, sets and reps. I however have not added max-effort days each and every week for this type of training. Also I didn't include all the olympic lifts performed before the core lift which make a big difference. This type of training allows you adequate rest and recovery and makes you hit the lifts hard which not only maintains but gains...

comment Rounding of the lower back while doing squats
squeeze your shoulder blades together like you holding a $100 bill between your shoulder blades, punch chest up on ascent, force your knees out, point toes out slightly, put your elbows into the hips...focus just on that, then come back in 4-5 weeks and tell us if u still round ur back
