How many calories should I intake and how much should I “spend” daily? @conman how about citing a scientific journal that has supporting evidence that everyone's body responds the exact same way to the same dietary intake. I can provide other sources for you, I don't have any journal subscriptions though, as they're incredibly expensive |

How many calories should I intake and how much should I “spend” daily? @conman what would you accept as evidence? there's plenty out there already, so if you're objecting to the idea now you've already rejected what you've seen that supports it |

How many calories should I intake and how much should I “spend” daily? @Moses no, that is not the correct comparison. the correct comparison is to understand that two different people are two different people and that on the same diet they will react differently |

How many calories should I intake and how much should I “spend” daily? @Moses all things aren't equal. Different people are different. You could have someone eating 4k calories per day steadily losing weight and another person gaining weight on 2k calories per day, both with the same exercise program. |

How many calories should I intake and how much should I “spend” daily? There's no scientific evidence that supports the calorie hypothesis either. All you have is scientists making assumptions to try to fit the data to the hypothesis. |

Become strong without spending money If nobody thinks yoga is just for women, then how come I'm often the only man in the class? |

Left side weaker than the right side I'd lean towards possibly a nerve problem, which puts this in recommending you see a doctor territory. |

I have extremely bad posture, what can I do? Worth looking into incline dumbbell shrugs. I did them for a while for that reason, but decided to drop them as I felt the core lifts were doing the job. |

I have extremely bad posture, what can I do? if they're unconditioned, see what happens from doing the good standbys of deadlifts, squats and presses. if they're still hunched after a basic lifting program, it's worth looking at exactly why it is that they're hunched |

Does Muscle Fiber type matter? your muscles appear to lack the hardness because you aren't cutting weight before a competition. bodybuilders look soft most of the time |

Abs are built in the kitchen, but what about obliques and lower abs? the gym is a substitute for people who don't do real hard work anymore, for most people they are built in the gym. |

Body weight exercises for arm wrestling I'd say specifically one handed chin ups would be pretty pertinent to arm wrestling. |

Fitness routine for chainsaw use and tree surgery OT, but you're gonna get yourself some chainsaw pants that go all around your leg, right? |

Feeling squats in my right leg more looks good from the side, but would need to see it from the back to be able to see if there's anything off between your left and right side |

Is maintaining really so bad? @MeadeRubenstein sure, that's technically correct, but as long as your goal is to remain uninjured, you should do everything to make sure heart doesn't become a factor - get stronger, get better endurance, improve your techniques, improve your strategy, drill where you have holes. heart's the fallback for when you fucked up |

Is maintaining really so bad? Example of a small man with polio actually crushing a coconut? Martial Artists make some extraordinary claims, often without proof. |

Is maintaining really so bad? @MeadeRubenstein heart's great for one fight, but each fight that you win on heart means you took a toll on your body, and eventually it'll give out. if you didn't have to rely on heart, then it's more likely you came away without injury |

Feeling squats in my right leg more have someone videotape you doing it, then look at the video and see if your stance is as square as you think it is. |

Any way to help muscles grow during rest, besides food (protein etc.)? Do you even want steroids as an answer? |
