How to lose manboobs? +1 Concentrating on a particular body area you wish to change is futile if you need to lose weight in that area. You can have the best chest muscles in town, but unless you lose your fat deposits from your 'manboobs' it will be irrelevant. As you stated, your body will remove fat in its own specific order |
