comment How to track Fitness effort manually?
Agree w the off-topic. However, the easiest you can do is to use Evernote or OneNote on your Android. Registration of start/stop can be done through Google Forms, have a link in the note. Add new photos of the display in the same note.

comment HIT training for strength (bodyweight)
High intensity training isn't restricted to {1-set, slow reps}, search on this site. Maybe you are mixing it up with "slow strength". For strength, you should aim for exercises that engage large muscle groups (e.g. deadlift, squats, burpees, kettlebell swings)

Personal experience is good but your answer will be better if you back this up with some references.

comment Resume training for a marathon after forced break, one month left, recommend a plan
Given the risk of getting caught in the race & shutting down pain signals from your body -> worse injuries, I would skip the race.

How are you doing the push-up? E.g. elbows out or elbows close to the body?

comment I am underweight. How do I gain weight and muscle?
Your answer is a bit on the general side. Perhaps you can be more specific on the types of exercises and what to eat. Also, references is better, that is, your answer will get more votes. Good luck!

comment circuit weight training and total weight used
good point! However, given that you have limited time, you could go for a "whole body" approach, e.g. with kettlebell type exercises (see fitness.stackexchange.com/q/2001/3778) that work the posterior chain. Working on relatively small muscles such as the biceps is in a limited time context less efficient.

comment circuit weight training and total weight used
Do you really need to use weight? Perhaps a body weight program would be better given your time constraints.

comment During muscle loss, are muscle fibers destroyed or do they just shrink?
Adding some links to back up the answer would be great. Also, the answer is a bit too open. You state that you will lose.. and then add that you can build.. The answer is missing what is different when you age.
