Back and neck problems from sitting in front of a computer Well a Swiss ball in my (small) cubicle is not possible.But its a good idea. I am going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Doing weights. That ought to help. Thanks a lot! |

Back and neck problems from sitting in front of a computer Actually my wrist started aching recently. I was afraid it might be Carpel's Tunneling syndrome. But fortunately my doc said it was just a strain. So I want to keep a watch for other occupational hazards. Thanks a lot. Really appreciate your help. |
