Are 15 reps too many for increasing muscular endurance? thank you for your great answer. Can you tell me what is difference between power and strength ? And i couldn't see endurance on chart ? Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy's mean is endurance ? And as 3th question, (i'm asking this for be safe) 50 KG ORM for Bench Press's mean is i can push maximum (about) 50 KG for 1 repeat. Is this right? |

Are 15 reps too many for increasing muscular endurance? P.S. I'm taking L-Carnitine before cardio, and then doing about 45 minutes cardio. After cardio, i'm starting weight training. After all workouts, taking protein powder. Protein powder and L-carnitine working very good . I lose a lots of belly fat and gain muscle. |

Usage of my first protein powder (Muscle Milk) yes, it's really good :) Thank you so much for your all effort. I'll use 1 scoop during workout and 2 scoop after workout, until i go to a dietician, and talk with him. My last question to you (because probably dietician won't know this) , should i take protein support before sleeping ? I've research it and generally answer is YES , but as you know i'm worrying about calories. Because of this, i shouldn't take it before sleep, what do you think? |

Usage of my first protein powder (Muscle Milk) I'll go to a dietician, and probably he will ask me "what do you want?" . What should i say ? Burning fat ? Eating more protein ? I'll show our canteen's menu. |

Usage of my first protein powder (Muscle Milk) i know it's too bad , but i can't eat periodically. I'm studing at university and i'm far from my family. In short, i'm really far from eating periodically and eating healthy home foods :) I'm staying at my school's hostel. And eating at hostel's canteen, generally. I'm eating a breakfast, a few snacks at middle of day and dinner at canteen. |

Usage of my first protein powder (Muscle Milk) And i have to choose one of "burning fat" or "be stronger" . I'll choose burning fat. Because i have belly fat. I'm not eating too much. But i don't have a good diet. |

Usage of my first protein powder (Muscle Milk) Actually he isn't my personal trainer . I mean, he isn't tracking my workouts, he didn't know my weight, didn't know my fat ratio, he didn't know anything about me. He is just manager of GYM . It's a little GYM and i don't have personal trainer. He just looked at product and said "use 1 scoop with 250ml water" . Because of this i'm not trusting him. |

Using Muscle Milk but worried about its calorie content If i start using protein , it's mean extra 300 calories (2 serving per day) . As i said i'm not doing cardio because of this i'm worrying. What if i can't burn these 300 extra calories and stary getting fat ? |
