high protein for post gastric bypass And after the third you are supposed to start introducing very small amounts of complex carbs. I personally don't follow it exactly. I have played with different things, somethings I can tolerate and some things I just can't. So I def do get more then 9 grms of fat. But I do try for the good fats vs. the not so good. Most simple sugars I cannot tolerate which is pretty normal for post op patients. And also for the cals. I am sure I also intake more then that. I haven't really been counting those so much as the protein. |

high protein for post gastric bypass I was stating off the top of my head not with the paperwork they gave me. So I am sure its significantly less then a normal person my weight (Cals) as for fat its per whatever I eat. It started with 1 oz of protein like fish, etc. the second month you could add a teeny bit of veggies (about 1 1/2 total oz between protein and veggies) and now I am supposed to be up to 2 oz at least. |
